Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise which is often described as “Meditation in Motion” as it involves the mind and body together with breathing techniques. Sponsored by ParticipAction, CLF Kung Fu Club will be hosting FREE Tai Chi exercise classes live on Zoom every Saturday in June, 2021.
